We want to move further away from the division between health, aesthetics, performance and (martial) arts/sports, and bring them together, combine, explore and enjoy them. We will explore a specific breathing technique that can help you during performance as a way to wake up your body, and as a way to calm down your body after exercise. Furthermore we will use techniques, based on animal flow, Wushu Kung Fu, dance, movement culture, etc. that improve our energy, optimize our performance, benefit our health, and influence our nerve and immune system.
Our goal is to take you on a journey with an emphasis on freedom of movement, optimal energy consumption in your normal day or during your workout. This workshop is for all levels of fitness, all movers are welcome and will be challenged on their own level.
The Breath & Move workshop is more physical than the Vitality workshop and includes many physical exercises, and exercises in partnering. The breathing applied during the Breath & Move workshop is specifically focused on movement. The Vitality workshop contains more breathing exercises than the Breath & Move workshop does.
The Breath & Move workshop is particulary focused on the individual, that means people that don't know each other yet. So the experience can truly be a new experience for all. Of course it's ok to know 1 or 2 people but let just say that you don't know the majority of the people attending the workshop.
Nowadays, in our society, many people are searching for "the best way" to live, grow and develop. With the VITALITY workshop we would like to explore existing tools that might bring to us... vitality.
Breathing is literally live. It’s the first thing we do when we’re born, and it’s the last thing we’ll do before leaving this planet... But perhaps we underestimate what breathing can truly bring about. We explore several breathing techniques that will empower our day, and our mental state. Techniques that will make us more aware of ourselves and our environment. Furthermore we will use "interaction" exercises to discover the different characters in the group, and exercises to build trust and create a more understanding foundation between each other.
The Vitality workshop is less physical than the Breath & Move workshop but nevertheless will include some physical exercises, exercises in partnering. The Vitality workshop contains more breathing exercises than the Breath & Move workshop does.
The Vitality workshop can serve, in our belief, as a teambuilding activity. So the Vitality workshop focusses more on groups of people that already "know" (a small portion of) each other.

Study basic and advanced principles of self defense, hand-to-hand combat, and the principles of Kung fu wushu.
Learn martial arts and improve the mind-body connection, emotional stress and perhaps with all this improve your inner awareness.
Focus on defense and attack techniques, mechanisms to improve your mobility and strength, and different perspectives on how to use the weight and energy of your body.
Do you wish to participate? Since we only provide this in a private-based manner (small groups 3-4 people) we ask you to send an e-mail with your details. If we have enough subscriptions we will build groups and present a planning that will suit us all. That way you can subscribe with friends or family or as an indivudal. We prefer this method so the quality of the class can be guaranteed, and because the teacher is a professional dancer and can not guarantee classes on a weekly-base due to performances and working abroad. The class is 30€ per person and lasts 1h 40min.

Recycling, less printing, avoiding unnecessary insertion of electrical devices, more presence of greenery (plants) etc., are all (small) things that we try to pursue in our practice.
We apply the following policy: appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance so that the appointment can still be given to someone else. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be charged 100%. Treat us as you would like to be treated yourself.
